Photograph - Digital Painting. World War 2 / Korean War vintage fighter aircraft. Built by the Vought Aircraft Company. This fighter aircraft saw use primarily in World War 2 and Korea. The Japanese, during WW2, called this aircraft "Whistling Death". The F4U had a top speed of about 446 miles per hour.
