Lovely! Trees are beautiful in many forms, not just green. I have trees like this by my cabin that the Eagles love to sit on. So for everything there is a purpose. Wonderful use of mixed media.

thank you, Sharon. I wished I had solitude because I love it. Love also my own company, but it is not solitude I seek. I just need to think of a different title because as usual I forgot that I already had a piece in the gallery with the same title.

Solitude can be a good thing, and I know it is only a moment in time. I also know that little bird is quite resilient, and so much more. And don't we all somehow feel like this at times. What appears haunting will soon be transformed by the approaching sun. Moody and beautiful, as art should be.

It may be barren and desolate - and that little bird may be alone. But, soon, other birds are going to come and join in with its song - and the mists will lift and the sun will come out again. Beautiful art, my lovely, as always. And so many hugs and kisses - and I shall join in with your song, if you don't mind?
